My experience at Khalidia Palace Hotel was far from enjoyable. Upon arriving, I faced several issues that soured my stay, including a long wait at check-in where the reception staff seemed overwhelmed. Additionally, the room I was assigned was not properly cleaned—hair and used tissues were found in the bathroom, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired.

I had a fantastic stay as a solo traveler in the Premium King Room with Kitchenette for 4 nights. The breakfast selection was incredible, offering so many delicious options to fuel my day. The attentive room service from Mr Moon made me feel special and well taken care of during my visit.

The breakfast selection was fantastic, with many options to choose from, and the service was quick and efficient.
